Limits and verification

Rejects timestamps resulting in dates before the year 0001 or after the year 9999. UUID parsing strictly requires 32 hexadecimal digits separated by standard 8-4-4-4-12 hyphens. Non-ASCII characters in HTML entity decoders are checked against the WHATWG Named Character Reference standard.

Browser processing boundary

Which bases does Number Base Converter accept?+

The optional second field is `from:to`, defaulting to `10:16`; both values must be integers from 2 through 36. `255` with `10:16` renders uppercase `FF`.

How are large integer values handled?+

The converter parses the input with BigInt radix logic, then formats with `toString(to).toUpperCase()`. It therefore avoids a JavaScript Number precision conversion for integer text within its accepted syntax.

Which numeric forms are rejected or unsupported?+

Bases outside 2–36 fail. The radix parser accepts signed integer digits valid for the selected base; fractions, exponent notation, decimal points, and digits outside that alphabet are not a floating-point conversion mode.
